FAQ

The four questions patients ask first.

Are you a hospital, an agency, or a travel company?

None of these. TFUCare is an independent patient-service company. We are not a medical institution and do not provide diagnosis or treatment — all medical services are delivered by licensed hospitals that you choose; travel products are arranged through licensed providers.

How much do your services cost?

The first consultation is free, and you receive a written quote before anything is agreed. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital — we never handle treatment payments. Our service fee is separate and quoted upfront.

How does international direct billing work?

The West China International Medical Center and other Chengdu hospitals maintain direct-billing partnerships with numerous domestic and international insurers (see the hospital section). We verify your coverage, liaise with your insurer and coordinate the process; coverage decisions always rest with your insurer.

How is my medical information handled?

Shared only with hospitals you choose, and only with your consent; stored securely, never sold, never used for advertising. You may request deletion at any time.
